Cupcake Delivery Costs

We believe our cupcake delivery charges to be the fairest in the UK, we don't like them but it's unavoidable. We're so sure that they are the best that if you can find another cupcake company that'll delivery for less, we'll match it. Cupcakes to your door for the best possible price, we like that!

Our delivery costs only apply to our presentation boxes. Delivery costs for wedding cupcakes, corporate cupcakes or special event cupcakes are included in your cupcake quote.

Delivery charges:

  • Free delivery is offered to the following postcodes: BN1 BN3 BN11 BN12 BN13 BN14 BN15 BN41 BN42 BN43 BN44.
  • Free delivery on orders of 12 and 24 cupcakes are available between Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
  • Delivery on Saturday on Sunday is available for a charge of £5 between 10am and 4pm..
  • Delivery charges outside our free delivery post codes are sent via courier and customers will be sent our special posted cupcakes.
  • Free delivery offer is available per order to one delivery address.
  • If you or the person receiving the delivery is out at the specified delivery time you may be liable to pay a re-delivery charge of £5.
  • Free delivery offer is at the discretion of Indulgence Cupcake Company and can be removed at any time.
  • Alternatively you can collect for free from our kitchens in Portslade.

Corporate and printed cupcake delivery terms

We are able to deliver our corporate and printed cupcakes to any address in the UK. For our our standard corporate and printed cupcakes without buttercream icing we use a courier. The cupcakes are invidually bagged and sealed for freshness. Prices start from £6.50 per order

For our printed cupcake presentation boxes we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to dispatch your order, please allow for delivery times on top of this. Corporate order lead times are dependant on the size of the order. Our couriers will deliver between Monday and Friday, guaranteed timed deliveries and deliveries on a Saturday are extra.

Our buttercream corporate and printed cupcakes can only be delivered by hand due to our delicate nature. We charge 60 pence per mile round trip for delivery. To get a more detailed quote please request a corporate cupcake quote.

We use a number of different courier companies for our deliveries for both our overnight and same day delivery services. By accepting our quote and starting the production process you are also agreeing to our courier company's terms of sevice, details of their terms of carriage are available on request. You are at any time free to use your own courier company for delivery of your goods provided they are able to collect at a time and date which is agreed by us.

As such Indulgence Cupcake Company does not accept any liability or responsibility for damage to products during transit. We also do not provide any compensation for late or missed delivery and any compensation claims should be made to our courier company.
