Cupcake Questions
You may have many questions about our business, cupcakes or delivery. We have answered as many as our brains can think of...we believe you should find everything you need.

How fresh are they?
All our products are freshly made and baked to order. We will bake your cupcakes as close to the delivery time as is possible and store them appropriately so they are nice and fresh on delivery.
Do they have any additives?
Our cake bases and butter icings do not contain any additives, but some of the colored icings and cupcake toppings do. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
Is there a minimum amount I can order?
You can buy our buttercream cupcakes in batches of 6 for hand delivery only. Our printed and posted cupcakes are also available via courier or delivery in batches of 6. See our cupcake delivery costs and terms for more information
How can I pay you?
We currently accept cash on delivery, all major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Please not we only accept payment by cheque for deposits for large events.
Cancelling your order
For orders over 48 cupcakes we will require a 25% deposit if the full amount is not settled when ordering. If you cancel your order up to 72 hours before the agreed delivery time we will refund your deposit with no extra charge. If you cancel without providing 72 hours notice we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refund on your order
Our cupcakes are highly bespoke. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please let us know via telephone immediately. We can then ensure we can put things right as soon as possible. We are happy to provide refunds on a individual basis dependant on the reason for returning the cupcakes. We will provide you with a response within 24 hours of your complaint.
How many calories?
As you might expect, cupcakes are high in calories and saturated fat. We do not compromise on flavour so we cannot offer low fat or reduced sugar options. We believe that cupcakes are a treat and should be consumed in moderation as part of a well balanced diet.
How should I store the cupcakes?
NEVER put our yummy cupcakes in the fridge, they don’t like it. Keep them stored in an airtight container for maximum longevity. Some of our decorations and printed fondant should not be staored in air tight coontainers as they will wilt. Please ask at the time of ordering if you have any concerns
How long will your cupcakes last?
Our cupcakes will last up to 4-5 days if they are kept in an airtight container at room temperature.
Do your cupcakes contain nuts?
None of our cupcakes contain nuts unless labelled.
Please be aware that our cupcakes are not made in a nut free environment so there is no guarantee these may not contain traces of nuts. Sorry!
Do you provide a gluten free range?
Yes, we can provide you with a gluten free cupcakes. Please ensure you specify this when you place your order.
Do you provide a vegan range?
Yes, we can provide you with a vegan cupcakes. Please ensure you specify this when you place your order.
What type of eggs do you use?
We use locally sourced, fresh free-range eggs.
