OK, so we know that it’s not even November yet. But we are so excited about our Christmas cupcakes that we had to share them with with as soon as possible.

Santa’s Hat - Start with a vanilla based crammed with strawberry jam. Topped with a smooth strawberry butter icing in the shape of a Santa hat.

Frosted the Snowman -  comes in the form of a delicious lemon sponge base. Topped with a smooth vanilla butter icing. Fondant coal eyes and smile and a fondant carrot nose.

Yuletide Log – We top a delicious vanilla sponge with an amazingly chocolatey chocolate butter icing. Dusted with icing sugar and topped with fondant holly leaves.

Christmas Tree – A light but rich chocolate sponge is topped with our gorgeous mint flavoured, green butter icing and adorned with fondant baubles and topped with a fondant star.
