Future competitions!
Because our last competition was so popular we have decided to have a monthly competition, the prize will be something exciting and cupcake related…but we thought we’d ask our lovely customers and fans what they think…
So what do you think? We want to encourage people to come up with fantastic cupcake creations so we thought we’d have a theme each month. You can then design the cakes and perhaps even make them and send a picture in. We also thought about hold a monthly meeting where you could bring in your cakes for others to try!

Wonderful competitions you keep posting guys! I have an interesting recipe to add to the mix… The Lily Vanilli’s Divine Dark Chocolate and Avocado Cupcakes!
Avocado replaces butter in this cupcake’s frosting, making it a slightly healthier option. You could also substitute a white chocolate or vanilla frosting, and dusting with coconut, pecans or toasted almonds to perfectly complement the flavour and offset the richness of the chocolate cake.
